Offshore tug and is sailing under the flag of Netherlands. Her length overall (LOA) is 42.58 meters.
We completed the AMS retrofit with TRICON IMAC. This is a siemens PLC based system. This vessel was equipped with MAK main engines and Cummins auxiliary engines. In addition to the AMS retrofit, we also upgraded the existing Power Management System (PMS) using DEIF PPM 300. The upgraded PMS system was seamlessly integrated with the TRICON IMAC System.
Installed additional extended alarm panels at various locations on the vessel in order to comply with the Notation for periodically unattended Machinery Space (UMS) as per the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).
The systems integrated into the AMS included tank alarms, bilge alarms, fire alarms, PMS, main engine alarms, auxiliary engine alarms, and shaft bearing temperatures. Furthermore, we integrated generator engine parameters from the Genset controller (Automaskin) to the TRICON IMAC system.
Key Features of the Retrofit:
Overall, the successful retrofit of the AMS for the Offshore Supply Vessel ensured the vessel’s operational efficiency and safety standards.
