Another Dynamic Positioning vessel conversion project to join the rest!
This IRS Class, 67M Anchor Handling Tug Supply/Fire-Fighting Support Vessel vessel’s existing Kongsberg CPOS DP1 was converted to DP2 with the TRICON™ DP 2 System. In addition to this system upgrade, the vessel’s propulsion control system i.e. the Rolls Royce HELICON-X (2XMain CPP + 2 X BT + 2 X ST) controls were retrofitted with the TRICON™ MK Propulsion Control Series.
The client trusted Tritek with this conversion project given our track record of delivering such complex projects where two TRICON™ Solutions are required within the stipulated project timeline, including the complete design, drawing review and approval by class, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning.
