Scope of work: Design, engineering, installation and commissioning of the TRICON™ IMAC 

Project Overview:

The project included successful replacement of the vessel’s obsolete alarm monitoring system with the advanced TRICON™ IMAC (Integrated Machinery Alarm & Control System), resulting in improved operational reliability, alarm visibility, and ease of maintenance.

The TRICON™ IMAC, is an in-house designed and engineered solution, based on a Siemens Platform, by the Automation team at Tritek, recognized as an official Marine Systems Integrator by Siemens, Germany.

The scope included complete system engineering, migration from the legacy alarm platform, onboard installation, testing, and commissioning. The transition to TRICON™ IMAC was executed with minimal disruption to vessel operations.

The upgraded marine alarm monitoring platform now provides real-time diagnostics, enhanced operator accessibility, reliable system integration, and a scalable architecture ready for future remote monitoring and vessel digitalization initiatives.
